I don't need to explain what the climate crisis is. If you feel the need to challenge me using that term, I expect you to read all wikipedia pages on the subject first, before discussing it with me. I've cultivated a reasonable amount of patience, but I'm not willing to spend it on science deniers. That should illustrate my position on the subject.

The breakdown of solutions to climate change is also quite well described by project drawdown. I'll keep this short and try to share a few tips and reminders that might help you. Let's do that first, and then maybe I'll drop some of my opinions at the bottom, because this wiki is a braindump after all.

Remember:

1. avoid being a doomer there's nothing as paralysing as the loss of all hope;
2. maximize use of solar energy the energy of the sun is the least harmful energy source for life on earth;
3. protect and improve existing carbon buffers most of the world's carbon is still underground, let's keep it that way;
4. minimize the unnecessary use of energy using energy is very likely to do some harm, doing nothing is often a great idea;
5. spread the word on climate change and biodiversity loss, it boggles my mind how many people are still rather clueless about it, or actively spreading lies.
